Foundation Consultation with Dr. Nelli Gluzman

Doctor's Visit(s): The initial Foundation Consultation is 90 minutes, and subsequent follow-up visits are 60 minutes each.

Location: You choose how you want to be seen. We offer telemedicine, phone appointments, and office visits at our centrally located practice in Hoboken, NJ, New York, NY, and South Florida.

Delivery of Services: Between visits, communicate directly with Dr. Gluzman via our online messaging portal, where you will receive a personal reply from Dr. Gluzman.

Testing*: Innovative, modern, and comprehensive Functional Medicine testing based on your child's unique health needs.

Blossom Pediatrics PC offers standard blood work and in-depth specialty testing to help construct a comprehensive picture of your child's health to better inform treatment.

Some of our most frequently prescribed specialty tests assess microbiome health, allergies, toxic metal levels, detoxification, nutritional deficiencies, and genetics.

*Costs for blood work and specialty tests are not included in the appointment price, but blood work is usually covered by insurance. We use non-invasive testing (urine, stool, saliva) whenever possible.

The Foundation Consultation is your initial 90 minute visit. During this time, you and Dr. Gluzman jointly create a practical and livable model for your child's improved and sustained health.

Dr. Gluzman analyzes your child's comprehensive medical history, plus insights and observations from the adults in your child's life, to determine root causes behind symptoms.

Your child's strengths, challenges, interests, and concerns are integrated with data-driven testing to build a complete and personalized assessment and care plan.

This includes nutrition, sleep, stress, mental health observations, movement and exercise, labs and diagnostics, prescription medications, herbs, botanicals, supplements, and vitamins.

The Foundation Consultation serves as a blueprint for improving immune function and reducing overall inflammation, helping your child heal from the inside out.

We integrate the best of modern medicine, functional medicine, and holistic wisdom to identify meaningful opportunities for better long-term health and resilience.

Because we work in tandem with your pediatrician and any specialists involved in your child's treatment, everyone stays aligned on care and integration.

Blossom Pediatrics PC is out-of-network with all insurance companies but can provide superbills.
We do not offer vaccinations at this time.
